Painting Kitchen

While our paints are fantastic for many applications, we generally don't recommend them for high-traffic areas like kitchen doors due to the constant wear and tear they experience. 

That said, we've had many customers achieve great success using our paints on kitchen doors by adding a protective top coat. We highly recommend using a lacquer top coat such as our 780 Coating Matt or any product from our AquaLak range. These lacquers will increase the durability and toughness of the painted surface, making it much more suitable for a busy kitchen environment.

Please note that even with the use of a top coat, applying our paint to kitchen doors means you are working outside of our standard product recommendations for high-traffic areas.
